How to Return an Item

To return an item, simply follow the steps below:

1. Complete the Despatch Note
Fill in the returns section on your original despatch note using the appropriate reason codes. Include this inside your parcel — we need it to process your return.

2. Pack Your Item
Repack your item in its original packaging (including shoebox and sleeve), then place everything inside a sealed bag or parcel.

3. Send It Back
Send the parcel to the returns address below.

We recommend using Royal Mail for a reliable and convenient return service (for example, a single pair of shoes will be under 2kg):
